2011
Raland is Founded
Established in Sydney with a vision to deliver high-quality residential developments with a genuinely client-focused approach. First projects completed in Western Sydney.
2013
Construction Division Launched
Expanded from development into full construction services, allowing us to deliver integrated design-and-build solutions for our clients and development partners.
2017
50 Projects Milestone
Celebrated the completion of our 50th project, with a portfolio spanning townhouses, apartments, commercial fit-outs, and mixed-use developments across Greater Sydney.
2019
Relocated to Sydney Olympic Park
Moved to our current headquarters at Suite 3.03, 6 Parkview Drive — strategically positioned at the heart of Sydney's growth.
2024
$500M+ Portfolio Delivered
Surpassed $500 million in project value delivered across residential and commercial sectors, continuing to grow our presence across NSW with new partnerships and developments.
