From Dapto to Bankstown, our childcare program now spans more than a dozen completed and in-delivery centres across NSW — a milestone in our specialist capability.

Raland's childcare program has grown into one of the most focused parts of our portfolio, spanning completed, under-construction and pipeline centres from the Illawarra through Western Sydney to the Hunter.

Each centre carries its own planning, acoustic, traffic and child-safety requirements, and delivering them repeatably has built deep specialist capability across our team. What might be an unfamiliar, high-risk project type for a generalist builder has become, for us, a well-understood process with known pitfalls and proven solutions.

That experience compounds. Every centre we complete sharpens how we approach the next site's feasibility, design and approval — from how we read a catchment, to how we resolve acoustic treatment with neighbours, to how we sequence construction around a fixed opening date tied to an operator's enrolment calendar.

Reaching this milestone reflects the trust placed in us by operators and landowners who need certainty that a centre will open on time, on budget, and ready for accreditation. It is a responsibility we take seriously, because behind every centre are families relying on quality care.

As demand for early-education places continues to outstrip supply across NSW, we expect childcare to remain a core focus — and we intend to keep raising the standard of what a purpose-built centre can be.
